SDR-100 Polysilicon Reactor
The SDR-100 is GT Solar Incorporated's base model for high volume production. This CVD reactor utilizes the proven Siemens process technology to decompose TCS at high temperature and pressure into high quality SoG polysilicon. SDR-100 delivers a low maintenance, high availability and repeatable process platform targeted for a high volume manufacturing environment.
SDR-200 Polysilicon Reactor
The SDR-200 is the next generation high productivity CVD reactor from GT Solar Incorporated. This reactor incorporates new design improvements to further enhance the level of SoG polysilicon production. These design improvements will yield 25% more output than the SDR-100 polysilicon reactor.
