Believed to be the only offering of its kind on the market today, GT Solar’s Integrated Gas Feed and Heat Exchanger Module is an integrated support module that includes instrumentation, piping and controls for all gases and water entering and exiting your reactors and converters.
The Integrated Gas Feed and Heat Exchanger Module was custom designed by GT Solar, and is part of our comprehensive, fully-integrated suite of solutions that provide everything you need to quickly and cost effectively set-up your facility and begin manufacturing high quality silicon. The module is integral to the efficient operation of the GT Solar converter and all CVD reactor designs.

GT Solar Polysilicon Processing System
Dependable Handling that Minimizes Product Contamination

Designed to minimize product contamination in all activities from the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) reactor harvest to final product packaging, our comprehensive Polysilicon Processing System includes all the engineering technology and equipment you need to harvest, transport, process, and package the polysilicon rods you produce in our CVD reactors. The system is configured to efficiently harvest polysilicon rods up to 3,000 mm in length and 150 mm in diameter.
